This custom home on the South Hill was built for an artistic and adventurous couple who had been creating this vision in their minds for years. The homeowners dubbed it “The Hobbit House”.

Country Farm House built by Steve and his crew in 1992. The homeowner called Steve 21 years later when they were ready for an interior renovation, which we did in 2013. 

This new custom lake house replaced a small, weary cabin on a lake front lot. The family needed more space to accommodate lots of family and friends, but wanted to maintain the quaint sentiment of the original cabin.

This two story farmhouse with a walk-out basement was built on 10 acres of rolling hill.
